DISCOVERIES MAY SAVE US IN 2018

Besides discovering Jim Thorpe was my very first P.E. instructor at Mount Vernon Junior High School in Los Angeles and that living room scenes for Sherlock Holmes in Elementary and the family dinning scenes for the Reagan family on Blue Bloods were filmed in the house next door to the home where I lived for the first 21 years of my life, besides already concluding well over a year ago that North Korea would be able to strike any part of the United States with ICBMs and thermonuclear warheads, I also discovered far more about the magnitude and significance of my earlier accomplishments in 1961, which were confirmed by U-2 aerial reconnaissance flights in the fall of 1962 that soon became the reason for the Cuban Missile Crisis.

With the recent revelation about Russian GRU military intelligence officer Oleg Penkovsky who had been blamed and later being erroneously credited as “The Greatest Spy in the World” due to being arrested by the Soviet KGB for allegedly providing the West with highly-classified secrets related to the deployment of ballistic missiles and thermonuclear warheads to Cuba by the former Soviet Union when he could not have had any access to such clandestine information inside the Kremlin due to his position, operations and rank. But, under orders from Soviet Chairman Nikita Khrushchev, Colonel Penkovsky had been severely tortured until he was forced into confessing an act of treason and then executed by the KGB without becoming aware of my accomplishment.

However, since the Cuban Missile Crisis, besides the letter written and signed by President John F. Kennedy and the two additional letters sent on behalf of the President from the Department of State and the Pentagon, I was unaware that after the assassination of JFK nearly 55 years ago my analytic reports and related records, which required secrecy for my protection, had been stolen at the White House and forwarded to foreign government agencies hostile to the United States.

So now I am able to understand why, out of coincidence, so many foreign intelligence agents had attempted to meet with me under rather strange circumstances. There were also other Marxists in the United States who made an effort to discredit me without any apparent reason. Although for so many decades and years I was silent about my earlier accomplishments, by being betrayed, it had never occurred to me that I could have released information about them much earlier.

While the aforementioned reveals my talent and ability to find solutions for difficult situations the past, it should prove that I am able to provide ways to solve the current crisis with the DPRK.

Without revealing its contents, I am proposing an economic plan for North Korea that the regime of Kim Jong Un at Pyongyang may find rather hard to refuse. Furthermore, it does not endanger America’s national security, but, rather, enhances it. While my proposal would require building far more infrastructure, its costs would be financed by the new economic activity taking place. It would then require far less financial cost than would any military action that might be taken by the United States. Not only would my plan enable the North Korean people to feed themselves, but it would also provide for a much higher standard of living, which could match the economy of South Korea within a decade.

Because the regime in North Korea would be required to “denuclearize” its nation, security then would be provided to assure its geopolitical status as a buffer state, which could be provided by China and/or Russia if Kim Jong Un were to request their protection. UN agencies would then be required to monitor any alleged human rights violations. In addition, there would become a need for revising any American, Japanese and South Korea as well as Chinese and Russian air, naval, missile or other military activity near the Korean Peninsula and in surrounding waters.

Although all non-strategic embargos would be lifted, they would continue to be monitored by an agreed-upon set of agencies composed of personnel from neutral nations. All current aerospace, ordnance, electronics and naval facilities as well as those under construction must be inspected by qualified neutral parties and all personnel involved in such activities must become registered as they enter into new and challenging but different enterprises.

While I shall not divulge the newly-proposed economic activities for North Korea at this time, it will become financially rewarding for the regime of Kim Jong Un as well as the North Koreans.

As for my professional background, East Asia and the Pacific area have been my main regional specialties over the past 55 years. However, I have also attempted to become informed on nearly all realms throughout the world. As an economic geographer and geopolitical analyst, I am aware of many phenomena that are often ignored by professional analysts in other fields.

Although, without providing me an opportunity to divulge the most significant aspects of this plan to the appropriate leaders in Washington, others may attempt to guess and speculate as to what it entail. So it would definitely be to their advantage to wait until I have been able to meet with those very high-ranking officials without jeopardizing any secrecy related to it.

What might happen if this proposal of mine were to be rejected? In all probability, the only other alternative that might be left would be a thermonuclear war, which could cause many American cities to become destroyed while killing millions of civilians because the United States does not currently have any effective Missile Defense System in operation that can prevent all ICBMs being launched from the Korean Peninsula or SLBMs launched from North Korean naval subs at sea with thermonuclear warheads from reaching deep into the mainland of North America. JWS
